Tim services the needs of our existing Plan Sponsor Clients and their respective Employer-Sponsored Retirement Plans. He keeps the Plan Sponsor (and the Participants) fully engaged with the 401(k)/403(b) plan and assists in achieving the owner’s intent behind offering a retirement plan. By focusing on Plan Design, HR Objectives and Participant Communication, Tim positions the plan to accomplish the goals for the employer and employees, alike. Tim is tasked with providing education and onboarding-support to existing clients as needed, as well as providing enrollment support to eligible participants during their respective enrollment period. Additionally, he is responsible for maintaining and strengthening existing vendor relationships and for researching new vendor opportunities. Tim brings over 20 years of insurance industry experience.
